The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. The hotel was conveniently located near a bakery and ski bus stop. We enjoyed having a cozy and warm room during our Christmas vacation.
The staff wasn't friendly or helpful. We had issues with the key and had to wait for the owner to arrive and fix it. The wifi was terrible and unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected with family during the holidays. we were disappointed with the lack of customer service and amenities.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location in the heart of the village was perfect for exploring the beautiful mountains around. The hotel also had an attached bakery, so waking up to the smell of fresh pastries was a delightful treat. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a mini-bar and a cozy sitting area. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and provided exceptional room service. And let's not forget about the incredible spa center, where I enjoyed a relaxing massage and pampered myself in the Turkish bath. The hotel also offered a variety of outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, and golf, which added to the overall wonderful experience.
I highly recommend this place to family and friends who are looking for top-notch comfort and quality services.

We stayed at a hotel in this city with our dog and had a comfortable stay. Best aspects were the welcoming staff, quality breakfast, and convenient location in the heart of the village, with shops, restaurants, and transportation easily accessible. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and satisfactory.
Limited to navigating the hotel's layout, as some areas were not obvious to find.

The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of a quaint town, perfect for those who love to explore the local area, and even better for those who love baked goods, as it's overnight in a bakery. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was quite good, with homemade jams that are particularly savory.
The staff was not very hospitable or accommodating, causing some frustration with simple requests as mentioned in a review.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this cozy hotel. the rooms were spacious with ample clothing space and the breakfast was good with delicious pastries. the location was perfect for exploring all the beautiful mountains around the area. We also enjoyed the helpful and friendly staff who gave us valuable tips for hiking and sightseeing. the sauna was modern and well-designed, making our relaxation time unique and complete.
The curtains didn't block enough light, making it hard to have a darkened room for our romantic occasion. the absence of air conditioning made the room quite hot on warmer days.
